Webinar: Effective ways of collaboration to face mobility challenges

05/03/2022

RECIPROCITY partners and stakeholders

The RECIPROCITY project organised its second webinar on 25 April. The webinar was part of the training program organised in the context of the project.

The main focus of the workshop was to discuss the challenges stakeholders face in terms of mobility issues and how cross-sectorial collaboration could help them to overcome them.

The workshop started with a speech from Francisco Vigalondo (Region Aragon, Partenariat S3) who presented the S3 platform providing advice to EU countries and regions on the design and the implementation of their Smart Specialisation Strategy (S3). In addition to the key topics of the platform, the financing opportunities it offers were also presented to the attendees.

Then, Stéphanie Petit (Dowel Innovation) presented the results of an interview campaign carried out in the first half of RECIPROCITY. The presentation focused on the expectations of the different types of stakeholders represented in the project, covering both the public and the private sector, and especially on the need to foster cross-sectorial collaborations.

The final presentation of the workshop performed by Melanie Juppe (Logistikum, University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria) was dedicated to the Domino MaaS App, one of the use-cases represented in the RECIPROCITY project. The presentation stressed how effective collaboration between different parties including the University Applied Sciences Upper Austria, the City of Linz, the State of Upper Austria and some major companies was a key to the successful implementation of the project.

The remaining part of the webinar offered a matchmaking opportunity allowing all participants to meet and discuss their smart mobility topics.
