The Global Lithium Battery Tour, which was organized by the Shanghai Metal Market (SMM), stopped at TechBase in Regensburg on 3 November 2023 in addition to stops in Budapest, Gothenburg and Paris.
The visit focused on the EU's new battery law and its impact on the industry, as well as a discussion about solutions through possible collaborations with Bavarian companies. In addition, the business location of Bavaria and the city of Regensburg had the opportunity to introduce themselves and look for opportunities for support and cooperation.
Uwe Pfeil from the Mobility & Logistics cluster, an important player in the region, also had the chance to introduce himself.
