As part of the transform.r project, the Mobility & Logistics cluster hosted the second module of the "Driving Change" event series on January 24, 2024.
The series of events addresses relevant aspects of corporate transformation with regard to the challenges facing the regional automotive industry. All 6 modules aim for a cross-industry approach.
In companies, change management often falls under the remit of project management, although the skills required of change managers are quite different. With a lot of practical experience, speaker Michael Russ was able to explain helpful methods in different stages of change in companies.
During the subsequent hands-on workshop, the participants were able to assign the methods to the individual topic blocks themselves. The most important findings from the event were, firstly, that communication is important at every stage of change and, secondly, that change management must never stop in order to be successful.
