Driving Change Module 3 „Innovation methods“

Module 3 of the "Driving Change" event series on innovation methods took place on 29.02.2024. At the beginning, the speakers gave an overview of the Design Thinking method. In the first part of the workshop, the challenges of the individual participants were then collected and exchanged within a warp conference. The speakers then gave an insight into the general challenges of innovation management. The keynote was rounded off with a second workshop part in which the previously identified individual challenges were collected and clustered in groups. The second presentation examined the corporate structures in which innovation methods can be incorporated and thus promote innovation in companies. The focus here was on organizational structure, innovation culture and employee skills. It was particularly emphasized that the values of employees are more important than hard skills, as these can be supplemented by training, for example. Finally, solutions to the clustered challenges were collected in an innovation canvas.

The participants agreed that their individual challenges are often more similar than they initially appear.

Many thanks to Jenny Hartinger and Johannes Gerhardt from ONE Business & Technology GmbH and to the participants for the exciting exchange.

NOTE:

The event was part of the German government's transformation networks. The Regensburg-based project transform.r supports companies in coping with structural change in the automotive industry.
