How do I deal with "generational diversity" in recruiting? How do I reduce communication and conflict barriers between the generations in the company? Which benefits are in line with the times and how can I attract the GenZ focus group and keep them in the company?
The speaker addressed these and other questions in detail during the two-hour webinar.
