On 24.04.2024, Bayern Innovativ hosted a "Breakfast Club" in Regensburg. TechBase and the transform.r project were on site as partners.
At the beginning of the event, Dr. Tanja Jovanovic, Bayern Innovativ, and Melanie Terne, Cluster Mobility & Logistics, welcomed the guests. Sebastian Wittmann, Agile Coach at StärkenEffekt GmbH, then gave an impulse on the focus topic "Mindset".
The right mindset is necessary in order to survive in today's complex working world. Communication with the relevant stakeholders is important here.
The event was rounded off with an interactive session in which the impulses from the previous presentation could be used in various scenarios.
