Transformation strategy with Dr. Philipp Ramin, Managing Director of the Innovation Center Industry 4.0
As part of the tranform.r project, the Cluster Mobility & Logistics hosted the kick-off event series "Driving Change" on December 4, 2023.
The series of events addresses relevant aspects of corporate transformation with regard to the challenges facing the regional automotive industry. All 6 modules aim for a cross-industry approach.
Module 1 addresses a central topic: Designing and implementing transformation strategy correctly in companies. After all, the world in which companies and private individuals operate is turning ever faster. New trends are establishing themselves in ever shorter timeframes, making the definition of a clear and targeted strategy all the more complex. The correct communication of this is also an important part of the successful implementation of a transformation strategy. From the tools and assistance presented in the lecture, the practical part of the event focused on the Business Model Canvas method. At the end of the three-hour event, the participants were able to take valuable insights back to their companies. Transformation is complex, but can be achieved with the right methods.

The event was part of the German government's transformation networks. The Regensburg-based project transform.r supports companies in coping with structural change in the automotive industry.
