On May 7, 2024, the fifth module on "Agile Methods" took place as part of the transform.r project in the "Driving Change" event series. The speaker for the module was Philipp Khan from One Business & Technology GmbH.
After a brief overview of what agility means and how agile project management differs from traditional project management, the first deep dive into OKR took place. Followed by an initial exercise, the participants were able to internalize the method using an example. This was followed by an insight into SCRUM as the basis for scaled agile frameworks. LeSS and SAFe were discussed in particular for scaling agile working methods in companies. At the end of the event, all to-dos could be pushed to "Done".
