The Cluster Mobility & Logistics, together with New Work expert Christina Bräutigam, hosted the first part of the three-part New Work Series 2023 on March 14, 2023!
The first part was an introduction to the basics of New Work, the opportunities and challenges.
Work from a new perspective. What does New Work actually mean? Future Work? New Normal?
Because New Work has reorganized our working world. Companies are called upon to rethink and redesign in order to set the course for successful business success, consistency and a satisfied team spirit. Digitalization goes hand in hand with New Work and calls for a new, optimized process design - digital empowerment.
The new way of working and transparent solutions based on trust help to retain employees more consistently, attract new employees more easily and give them satisfaction and enjoyment at work. New Work helps employees in companies to achieve a better work-life balance. In many cases, this results in higher motivation and productivity. However, remote working also presents some challenges.
